RESINVEST S.A. specializes in the development and construction of Renewable Energy projects. It also offers a wide range of services in the field of energy saving and production, undertaking the design and implementation of energy upgrade strategies for large-scale projects. The company is registered in the Energy Service Companies (ESCO) registry and is developing a total of 1100MW of Wind and Photovoltaic parks.

As part of our continuous development, we are looking for Mechanical Engineers (position code ME0324) with experience in bid preparation and construction of building projects, for permanent cooperation with the possibility of frequent travel or temporary relocation.

Required Qualifications:

– Degree in Mechanical Engineering 
– Professional Practice License
– At least 5 years of experience
– Knowledge of the legislative framework and procedures for public works
– Proficiency in design software (AutoCad) and Microsoft Office
– Professional level English proficiency
– Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills
– M.E.K Certificate (specialties in construction, electromechanical, or industrial-energy projects)

Responsibilities:

– Head of the construction site office.
– Participation with the responsible department of the company in preparing bids for new projects (quantity surveying, requests for proposals, budget preparation).
– Participation in meetings related to the design of the projects to ensure contractual obligations are met.
– Managing the construction of the project according to the design, technical specifications, and timeline.
– Organizing and coordinating the project staff and subcontractors.
– Measurements/preparation of accounts for the Client and subcontractors.
– Drafting progress reports of construction projects (work progress, future/current requirements, correspondence) for informing relevant parties.
